Meet Kelly - Your Go-To Leadership Coach with a Superpower

I’m here to help you uncover your inner superpower, and even feel like a superhero if you’re not quite there yet.

After over 30 years of deep dives into the labyrinth of human behavior and countless operational and leadership roles, I’ve discovered my unique superpower: emotional intelligence (EQ). And no, I didn’t find it in a textbook or a Marvel comic—it’s the result of my ‘restless career syndrome’ and an insatiable curiosity about people.

I’ve had the pleasure (and sometimes the bewilderment) of working with leaders, teams, and individuals across a dizzying array of workplaces. Thanks to undiagnosed neurodivergence, I’ve spent years feeling like an alien on a strange planet, leading to a relentless quest for self-understanding and personal growth.

With my exhausting laser focus (at times), I continue to commit my energy and time to learn and grow. As it turns out, this journey has gifted me with a keen sense of emotional intelligence, which I now share with others through coaching where everyone can finally recognise for themselves their talents, strengths, and motivations in their work.

I believe that your ‘best work’ begins when you know what your superpower is, and when you finally have the opportunity to unleash it, work, life, and balance come into flow.

I’ve always had a knack for reading people and navigating complex human interactions and I know for the soulful or aware leader, you will find yourself in a constant state of self-correction, self self-criticism, so, you’ll appreciate anyone who can actually self-reflect and take responsibility. So i’ll fess up.

While I may not be able to add up numbers or decipher a spreadsheet without a headache, I can certainly help you transform your leadership skills and emotional awareness. I know my limits, and I know my strengths and knowing this, along with my experiences, has taught me that workplaces suffer largely due to a lack of EQ.

Low levels of EQ are what is causing psychological unsafety and a host of other issues in workplaces. We need a new paradigm of leaders to create the shift needed. It’s time we change the current leadership trajectory and augment sad workplace realities to the workplace we all desire.
